Leaving the Burricleta premises, you first visit the Granja de Milmanda farm, now a private property belonging to the Torres vineyard. You can visit it and taste the wines but before going you should find out the visiting and wine tasting hours.
From Milmanda, you ride along a dirt track to the Ermita del Torrents, an emblematic church where you can take a short break as it has a water fountain.
We go past the church and 1 km later we take a track on the left which takes us directly to the next farm, riding through vineyards and olive and almond tree orchards.
Once you arrive at the Castell de Riudabella, you continue on the track at the foot of the castle. It is now a private farm which offers farm cottage accommodation and other activities all of which require prior reservation.
You leave the farm and follow the track which takes us to the Font de Nerola spring, a place to rest and to see one of the main springs which supplies the water to the monastary.
You leave Nerola and get to the road. You ride downhill straight towards the Monestir de Poblet. A kilometre before arriving you pass the Granja Mitjana where the first monks from Fontfreda lived in the 11th century.
Once in the monastary, you can visit the interior rooms and then continue the tour to Espluga de Francoli.
Leave the road when you get to the end of the wall and descend by the path next to the vines. When you arrive at the Font de Sant Bernat, you follow the path to Milmanda. At the first cross roads, turn right and continue until you arrive a Espluga de Francoli and the Burricleta premises.
